The Channel Systems Clean room 2" Retro Wall systems in an innovative patented new wall system designed for clean room environment class 1 and above. This wall system is non-progressive and easily demountable. Components can be used to form three different types of wall to suit different installation requirements.

The Channel Systems Clean room Tech Grid gel and gasket ceiling system are light and can support 30lbs./sq.ft. on 4'x4' drop rod configuration. Installation is simple and flexible, provide tight seal and perfect alignment. This ceiling system can have water sprinkler drop connection.

We offer a wide range of light weight, strong and stiff honey comb panels for clean room wall and ceiling panels. The panel facing is 0.032" aluminum with ¾" cell aluminum honeycomb core. Standard panel thickness are ¼, ½ and 1 ¾". Our manufacturing process results in no detectable out gassing from panel component, honeycomb, panel adhesive and paint. All panels are coated with a smooth powder of roll-coated finish in both non-conductive and static dissipative finishes
