The products offered for the Clean Room applications include the following :
- Filter Fan Units, These units are being made available through the world's most reputed and largest manufacturer Envirco TM. The noise level is less than 50 db and power consumption is a few watts only. These units are available with ULPA filters too.
- Standard Laminar flow units in vertical and horizontal configuration.
- Modular soft wall Clean Rooms, available in standard size starting from 8'X8'X8', in increments of 2 feet lengthwise .These modular units can reduce/provide Clean Rooms within working areas down to class 100 i.e. ISO-5.
- For the Healthcare, Pharma and Food industry we supply Bio Safety filter units which can filter down to less than 0.1 micron, using a combination of ionization and Hepa filtration (Electrically Enhanced Filteration) process. This product is made available through Technovation TM.
- Hard wall sandwiched honeycomb panel, wall and ceiling systems for micro electronics and semiconductor industry from Channel System Malaysia.
- Complete ESD PVC and raised flooring system for the Clean Rooms.
- Dispensing /Reverse Laminar air booth in standard sizes
- Static and Dynamic Pass Boxes
- Bio Safety Cabinets as per norms of BSL-IIA.
- Garment Cubicles
- Modular non-metalic GRP wall and ceiling systems for Pharma and Biotech industry from MRC Systems Ltd., U.K.

Our Clean Room design includes though not limited to:
- Suggesting layout w.r.t. man material movement, selection of interior fabric
- Heat load estimation, design and selection of air management per room data sheet to maintain temperature, RH, pressure and Class.
- Fabrication of HVAC ducts as per SMACNA standards to make these air and vapour tight, thus ensuring zero ingress of dust from outside air.
- Double skinned modular AHU, with special care and arrangement for eliminating "dust/collecting corners"
- We provide effective user-friendly control and automation system for smooth operation of the plant with built in diagnostics.
- Where required we provide fire detection, alarm and quenching system using NAF or FM, CFC free gases.
- The entire system can be integrated with the building management system.
