Our Products for CleanRooms
The products that are being offered by us for the CleanRoom applications include the following
- Filter Fan Units, These units are being made available through the world's most reputed and largest manufacturer Envirco TM. The noise level is less than 52 db and power consumption is a few watts only. These units are available with ULPA filters too.
- Modular soft wall CleanRooms, these are available in small size starting from 8'X8'X8', in modules of 2 feet lengthwise .These modular units can reduce/provide CleanRooms within working areas down to class 10 also.
- For the Healthcare, Pharma and Food industry we supply Bio Safety filter units which can filter down to less than 0.1 micron, using a combination of ionization and Hepa filtration process. This product is made available through Technovation TM.
- Standard Laminar flow units using state of art fan filter units from Envirco.
- Hard wall sandwiched honeycomb panel based wall and ceiling systems, from Channel System Malaysia.
- Complete ESD PVC and raised flooring system for the CleanRooms.
Our CleanRoom design includes though not limited to:
- Fabrication of HVAC ducts as per SMACNA standards to make these air and vapour tight, thus ensuring zero ingress of dust from outside air.
- Double skinned modular AHU, with special care and arrangement for eliminating "dust/collecting corners"
- In stringent requirements for class counts of 10000 or below, anti-static modular panels, ceiling grid and flooring with smooth fixing/closing arrangements, as required by the standards are provided. Our overseas associates Channel Systems or Sterling verify the panels for such stringent class area, as also the technical support or design.
- For faster and accurate execution of the jobs where ducting areas are large, we provide pre fabricated GI/POWDER COATED/SS ducts.
- We provide effective user-friendly control and automation system for smooth operation of the plant with built in diagnostics.
- Where required we provide fire detection, alarm and quenching system using NAF or FM, CFC free gases.
- The entire system can be integrated with the building management system.
