SRP modular Clean Room starting in 8' x 8' x 8' size (with modular 2ft increments) are available in soft and hard wall options. The structure is made from lightweight aluminum extruded profiles with either soft walls of vinyl sheet, which when RF welded from a "hard" wall or movable curtains. The ceilings for these Clean Rooms come in standard international grid size of 4'x 2' to fit FFU and lighting grid arrangements.
Salient features of Modular Clean Room:
General: The "Modular Clean Rooms" are available in modular sizes which can be assembled easily at the site. These types of Clean Rooms can achieve cleanliness levels down from class 1,00,000 to class 100. The Modular Clean Room comprises of easy to assemble tubular frame/structure for quick assembly at site, and can be supported on castors for ease of mobility, if required.
Structural details: The structure is pre fabricated to the standard size 8'x8'x8'(h), and is constructed of Aluminum extruded MS frame work duly finished with powder coated polyurethane enamel.
The support frame generally features a slip tongue design for the purpose of ease of assembly/disassembly. The structure, up to 8 feet length, is self-supporting and no additional/external support is required.
Ceiling arrangement: The ceiling grid will also be fabricated in the same manner as for the wall structure. The ceiling grid will be manufactured in the bolt-together section. The size of each section will be such so as to accommodate an opening of 4'x2' suitable for mounting Filter Fan Unit and for light fixtures or suitable sizes.
Filter fan unit: One number Filter Fan Unit model MAC10 XL, complete with EU 13 class filter(HEPA 99.99% DOWN TO 0.3 MICRONS) with a pre-filter and fan and motor arrangement to re-circulate the air, will from the modular Clean Room. The circulation capacity of MAC10 XL, will be such so as to provide proper air change of approximately 70 air changes per hour as required for such size of Clean Rooms.
Lighting: The lighting fixture so selected will fit in the ceiling grid on each side of the FFU. The lighting will provide at least 350-400 LUX at tabletop.
Flexible cover: The entire structure as described above as the "modular Clean Room" will be enveloped with a poly vinyl curtain/ vinyl curtain. The material shall be anti static to avoid attracting any dust particles or contaminants. The material will be RF welded to give a drop curtain effect.
Assumption: The modular Clean Room should be installed in an air-condition area. It is assumed that the temperature control is provided.
The modular Clean Room will be installed under the conditional area It is assumed that there is no dust generation from equipment/other source inside the "modular Clean Room". It is assumed that the flow inside the area where the Clean Room is being installed will be clean, level and non dusting type, preferably epoxy coated.
Flooring: We can provide either epoxy coating or anti-static PVC flooring which will have smooth and shall be non-dusty type.
